    Kymber Neal-Jenkins

    C.E.O.

    Kymber Neal -Jenkins is the chief executive officer of the Trauma Intervention Program of the Treasure Valley (TIP). She has been in this position since it was established here in Ada County in 2015. Kymber currently leads a team of 35 volunteers in the valley and serves as the liaison between TIP and all first responder agencies in Nampa, Ada County, and all of Valley County. She continues to devote her professional care to assisting hospitals and communities including schools to develop their capacity to provide compassionate care in emergency settings and to provide emotional first aid training to our local first responders as well. She leads the 2nd affiliate in the nation to provide this type of training. Kymber’s primary goal is to make a major impact on the quality-of-care citizens receive from the emergency response system and to help support the mental health of our first responders and community.

  • Executive Board Member Jim Martin

    Jim Martin

    Jim is a partner with Hawley Troxell. He was previously a partner with Moffatt Thomas for 25 years. Jim serves as secretary on the Boise State University Foundation board and is a founding member of the Idaho Pro Bono Commission and charter member of the Boise Centennial Rotary Club. He served as chair of the Fourth District Bar Commission and the Idaho State Bar Young Lawyers Section. He has also been involved with the Citizens’ Law Academy, Defense Research Institute, Family Advocates, Federal Bar Association, Idaho Volunteer Lawyers, Sacred Heart, the U.S. District Court Local Civil Rules committee, and the Bronco Athletic Association/Alumni Association Biennial Auction committee.

    Jim has received several awards, including the 2007 CASA Lawyer of the Year Award, the 2014 Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year Litigation Award, and the 2014 Idaho Business Review Leaders in Law Partner Award. He has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Boise State University and a juris doctorate from University of Idaho.

    Robin Meacham volunteered as a Crisis Team member for 2 years before joining the TIP Board. She considers her time volunteering and helping others during times of tragedy to have been one of her most challenging and rewarding experiences.  In her freetime, Robin loves to spend time with family and friends, chase sunsets, escape to the mountains and photograph nature. Robin is a business owner and has over 30 years of non-profit bookkeeping and accounting experience. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Boise State University and an MA in Human Services Counseling from Regent University.

    Randy Howell has been involved with the Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) in one capacity or another since 1994 when the Las Vegas, NV valley began utilizing TIP. Randy was an agency liaison. When he moved to the Treasure Valley 2009, the TIP program was started a few years after he arrived and he was again the liaison for a local agency. In 2019, Randy decided to become a volunteer and has since transitioned to become a Board member.

    Currently, a Director of Emergency Services in Fresno California, still maintain a residence in Boise. 30+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine.

    17 of those years working in Trauma care and active in the Oregon and Idaho trauma systems.

    8 years a Sexual Assault Forensic Nurse and formally a FACEs board member.

    Very passionate about victim support.
