About Trauma Intervention Programs, Inc. (TIP)Trauma Intervention Programs, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 1985. TIP volunteers are called to emergency scenes by police officers, firefighters, and hospital personnel to comfort those affected by traumatic events. The TIP National Emotional First Aid Course is based on the lessons learned by TIP volunteers in 1,000's of tragic situations.
